YEAR IN REVIEW: Blink continue to play standalone festival gigs and announce Kings of the Weekend — a residency in Las Vegas, on select weekends all year. The gigs are marred by multiple cancellations, purportedly due to Travis’s medical problems. Meanwhile, they begin work on their eighth studio LP.

4/20/2018: Blink officially enter the studio to begin recording their eighth album, according to social media posts.

5/12/2018: The band performs at the StubHub Center, in Carson, California as part of KROQ Weenie Roast 2018.

5/13/2018: The band performs at the Concord Pavilion in Concord, California as a part of ALT 105.3 BFD 2018.

5/18/2018: Mark is interviewed by Las Vegas Magazine about the trio's upcoming residency. Among highlights: "we don’t want to do the same show every night for 16 shows," plus tentative plans for a 20th anniversary gig or two to celebrate Enema of the State in 2019.

6/20/2018: Travis is readmitted to the hospital, battling a staph infection/cellulitis.

6/26/2018: Vans Warped Tour reveals via Instagram that Blink were set to make a surprise appearance at the final Warped Tour, but Travis's ongoing issues made them cancel.

7/23/2018: The band announces a small run of shows for September with the band State Champs.
